A beautiful read, given to me by my friend Melissa Huffsmith-Roth years ago.  I was shocked how effortlessly she passed this along to me when I inquired about it.  She said I HAD to read it and HAD to have it.  I guess with great things you let them infuse your soul and then you pass them along, hoping they will do the same for others.

Alfred Hitchcock’s “North by Northwest” burned DVD

I’m ashamed to say that I’ve never seen this in its entirety.  Yes, I went to film school.  Yes, I sat through it in class and fell asleep.

Shut up.

Exclusive Bonus DVD- Family Guy/ American Dad

I believe this came with the early box set of Family Guy.  I don’t know why it’s not with the other discs, but oh well.  I’ve never seen this DVD, but Family Guy is funny as hell, so I’m sure it has something good on it.

Anyone want it, holler.

Virgin Atlantic eye cover.

First off, let me announce the birth of my second daughter- Lucinda Maple Arginsky.  The beauty was born this morning at 10:48 am, weighing 8lbs 8oz and measuring 21″.  Super snuggle bug.  We love her so much and it feels like she’s always been here….

That said, I thought it would be appropriate to get rid of something associated with this monumental day… the very thing that I might need- an eye cover.  It’s almost winter, so I’ll hope for the early dark days and tough it out until spring.

We couldn’t be happier, and the family is ecstatic for her arrival (just in time for Hurricane Sandy) and we welcome her into this crazy world with open arms and endless love.

Andy Goldsworthy “Rivers and Tides” burned DVD.

This movie is fantastic, and Mr. Goldsworthy’s work is absolutely stunning.  I found a used copy of this movie a while after I burned it, so I can now relieve myself of this copy.

Please someone, take this gem from me.
