2004 Sundance Film Festival winter hat.

My mom just brought this over, she had found it in a bag with some other winter gear.

Seeing the hat, my mind spins with memories of the festival and what an amazing time I used to have there.  I don’t think I’ve been since 2004, and I don’t plan on returning anytime soon, except if I’m showing a movie.  I haven’t been writing lately, so I’m guessing it might be a while.

If you have never attended the festival, you should make it a point to go.  Film lover or not, it’s a pretty surreal and dizzying experience, but totally worth it.

Green Timberland boots.

A great pair of workboots/ winterboots for the last few years.  However, I have another pair that I use much more often, and these sat dormant this past winter, so it’s time to part with them.

Check out the boots this Sunday, when I take a booth at the Beacon Flea from 8am-3pm.  It’s supposed to be great weather, so come on by and browse the things and say hi.

I have absolutely no idea where I got this hat, but it has been in a bag, in a closet, in my parents house for about a decade.  So I have no problem letting go.
And with winter right around the corner, someone out there could use this.

Katz’s Delicatessen hat.
Back when I was a meat eater I would GRUB at Katz’s.  I’m probably still digesting some pastrami.  Going there just isn’t the same now… the french fries and potato pancakes are a great side dish, but don’t quite cut it as an entree.
Okay my people, who wants the hat?  Don’t be shy…you know you want it.

Ikea coffee table.

Here’s a table we bought two years ago while living in Brooklyn.  It survived the move to Beacon and worked well for us until we scored an outrageously great coffee table at the Beacon Flea last year.  So this table was banished to the upstairs and has lived there ever since.
